No Sugar, No Grain, No Problem

I recently started listening to a podcast by a man who calls himself America's Angriest Trainer.  Vinnie Tortorich at vinnietortorich.com Because of this podcast I removed sugar and grains from my eating style. Since starting a No Sugar, No Grain (NSNG) style of eating I have lost weight and I feel great and look even better.  My biggest problem when starting NSNG was a lack of knowledge of what to cook that didn't involve sugar or grains.

I scoured the internet and book stores trying to find recipes that fit NSNG or at least that I could manipulate to fit NSNG.  I started making them and loved eating them.  I have been messaging photos to friends for a couple week and they finally asked me to share more than just a picture.  This blog is my attempt to share my findings/manipulations with you.
